Welcome back to episode 43 of the Noobie Dentist Podcast. In this great episode I sat down with Dr. Aodhan Docherty who is a university of Sydney graduate who has invested heavily into continuing professional development and is a practice owner. In this episode we dive into his early days in private practice and how he made the most out of not having full books at the start of this career. We also dive in the importance ongoing learning and finding good structured programs and much more.
I also want to give a big thank you to the listeners of the podcast, the listener base and download numbers are increasing month after month and it is an absolute pleasure to be able to produce content that you guys find value in.
